Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to delete your Growlink account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the Growlink app and go to Preferences
  2. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps
  3. Alternatively, you can submit a request directly through our support portal: https://knowledgebase.growlink.com/submitting-a-support-ticket

Once submitted, your account will be deactivated immediately and deletion will be completed within 30 days.


What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your name, company, email address, and phone number
  • Your IoT device configurations, automation rules, and programming
  • Your account credentials and session data
  • Billing references and support correspondence

What we keep and why

A limited amount of data is retained after deletion for the following reasons:

Retained records are stored securely, are not used for marketing, and are only accessible for the specific purposes listed above.


Anonymous data

Growlink may retain de-identified, aggregated data derived from sensor readings and device usage (for example, temperature trends or automation patterns) to improve the platform. This data cannot be linked back to you.
