Account Deletion & Data Retention
You have the right to delete your Growlink account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
- Open the Growlink app and go to Preferences
- Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps
- Alternatively, you can submit a request directly through our support portal: https://knowledgebase.growlink.com/submitting-a-support-ticket
Once submitted, your account will be deactivated immediately and deletion will be completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number
- Your IoT device configurations, automation rules, and programming
- Your account credentials and session data
- Billing references and support correspondence
What we keep and why
A limited amount of data is retained after deletion for the following reasons:

Retained records are stored securely, are not used for marketing, and are only accessible for the specific purposes listed above.
Anonymous data
Growlink may retain de-identified, aggregated data derived from sensor readings and device usage (for example, temperature trends or automation patterns) to improve the platform. This data cannot be linked back to you.
