Growlink Portal - Cooling - Creating A Sensor Trigger To Activate A Cooling Unit (Tutorial)
This tutorial will walk through how to create a Sensor Trigger that will control a cooling unit.

21 STEPS
1. Setting up a Cooling Unit Sensor Trigger from the Grow Link Dashboard
2. First, click on the Controller Drop down
3. Then, Click on Controller which will house the Rule being Created
4. Next, click on Rules
5. Then, click on Default Rule Group
6. Click on the Sensor Trigger Drop Down
7. Next, click on Add Sensor Trigger
8. Click on the Display Name Field and name the Sensor Trigger
9. Next, click on the Time Of Day Field and select the Time Of Day this Rule will be active for
10. In the example we will select Day Only
11. To choose which sensor parameter this Rule will be based on, click on the Sensor field
12. For this example, we will select Average Temperature
13. Next, click on the Comparison Field
In this scenario, we want the device, or devices, to turn on when the Average Temperature is above the Value that we will set next. So we will select Above.
14. Next, select which device or devices will be utilized with this Rule
15. In the example we have selected HVAC Fan 1. And Cool Stage 1
16. After you have selected parameters, a Rule Description will appear at the top of the window
17. Click Add Trigger
18. Easily edit the Rule at any point by clicking on the Pencil Icon
19. After edits are made, Save Changes
20. Lastly, Click Update Controller
21. You have now created a Sensor Trigger for Cooling.
