Hey, this is Josh with Growlink and in today's walkthrough we'll be going over how to reset your password within the Growlink mobile app.
As you can see, when I try and log in, it says my username or password is incorrect. In this case, I probably just don't remember my password is.
So if I go ahead and tap the forgot password button in the bottom left, it's going to ask me to input the username associated with my account.
And once I've done that, when I hit continue, it's going to send an automated e-mail to this e-mail address in order to authenticate this password reset by sending a PIN.
Keep in mind that this is an automated e-mail from ‘no-reply@growlink.com’, so sites that have a corporate IT team or use an inbound e-mail filter may have an issue with receiving these automated emails, or they might get routed to your spam folder as a result.
Once you have that PIN, you'll go ahead and place the PIN received into the PIN field and then type in a new password.
Once that’s done, you can log in with this new password and you'll be all set.
