Mobile App 2.0 - Resetting your Password

One can reset the password for your username within Mobile App 2.0 by tapping the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom of the login page:

In the following page, input the email address associated with your Growlink username and tap the ‘Request PIN’:

This will send a PIN code to that email address to authenticate the password reset request. This email will come from ‘no-reply@growlink.com’ and can sometimes be routed to your Junk or Spam folder if there are inbox filters in use.

Once you have received the PIN, input that PIN in the following page, along with the new password desired for your account: 

Once that information has been input, tap the ‘Reset Password’ button to finalize the password reset. One will now be able to login to your account using the new password input.
