One can update the WiFi network used by a wireless controller from within Mobile App 2.0. Keep in mind that the controller needs to be placed into listening mode, which can be done by holding down the setup button on the controller for 10 seconds.
Start by logging into Mobile App 2.0 and tapping the settings menu (the icon of three lines) in the top-left of the Mobile App:
Tap the Hardware tab within the Settings menu:
Select the Room the controller is registered to:
Select the Controller you’re wanting to update the WiFi connection for within that Room:
Tap the icon of three dots in the top-right to open the settings menu for the controller specified:
Select the ‘Update Device Wi-Fi’ option in the following menu:
Follow the steps outlined in the WiFi setup Wizard to update the WiFi credentials held for the controller. More detailed instructions on the WiFi setup wizard can be found in the documentation below, starting at Step 8:
