Hey, this is Josh with Growlink, and in today's walkthrough we'll be going over how to change the back-end settings held for HE Anderson pumps on your Growlink fertigation skid using the Growlink mobile app.

You'll start by logging into the Growlink mobile app.

Once you're at your fertigation skid, you will tap the settings cogwheel in the top right, followed by tapping the Configure Equipment button.

In most of our modern fertigation skids, we use Metz modules to control the pumps, So you'll see some modules on the pumps labeled as Triac Output module. Older setups will see a 16ch expansion that has outputs assigned for their pumps.

In this example, we only have one Metz Module, so we're going to select this module, and then in the menu that populates towards the bottom, you'll see the four outputs for those pumps.

If we select one of these pumps, such as example Dosing Pump 1, we'll see that in the configuration for that output we have the name for the pump, the device type for this pump, a setting for the HE Anderson pump head and its dial position, and then the maximum pump flow of that pump.

This Max pump flow field is automatically calculated based on the pump head and the dial position used.

If you had a A3 pump on your skin that's currently at a dial position of 1, and you were to physically update the dial to a dial position of five to get more injection of your nutrients to match a recipe that you're trying to dose, you could change this on the back end by changing the dial position to five once you've physically updated the dial and the pump to that dial position of five.

Once you've done so, you'll notice that this Max pump flow value has automatically updated and all that's left is to save those changes, which pushes these configuration changes to the controller itself.

Once you hit save, the controller will take a configuration update and that setting will get pushed to your controller.

This concludes how you update the dial position on an HE Anderson pump using the Growlink mobile app for your Growlink Fertigation skid.
