Portal 2.0 -- Resetting your Password

Hey, this is Josh with Growlink and in today's walkthrough we'll be going over how to reset your password within Portal 2.0.

It's pretty common that you might lock yourself out by forgetting your password or trying to sign in on a new device.

To reset your password, all you have to do is go to portal2.growlink.com and at the login page, there's a forgot password button.

If you click that, it's going to request an e-mail address to send a reset PIN to. Note that the email address has to be the e-mail address that you use to login to the Growlink App or Web Portal.

So in this case, I'm going to put in my e-mail address.

Once I've done so, I can request a PIN to be sent which is going to send an automated e-mail to that e-mail address this email comes from ‘noreply@growlink.com’. It's pretty common if you have an inbox filter or an IT team that is heavily filtering emails that these can get blocked or filtered to your spam folder, so you may need to check those folders.

Once you have received that PIN e-mail, you'll input the PIN and then input your new password. Note that this PIN is time-sensitive, so one may need to request another PIN if you take too long to enter in the PIN once it is received.

Once all that's input, click the Reset password button and you'll be set up with a new password.
