Hey, this is Josh with Growlink and in today's walkthrough we'll be going over the system status page for Growlink infrastructure.

Growlink uses a number of cloud infrastructures and technologies to ensure that you're able to see your data from anywhere in the world, provided that controller has a network connection. However, there can be issues with that infrastructure that can prevent your ability to access your controllers or update the rules on your controller.

To help remedy this, we've created a system status page that one can use to check for any incidents in case you see any sluggishness in the web portal or have issues accessing your controllers. This can help you determine if the issue is related to our cloud infrastructure or a local network issue at the site level.

This can be found by going to the web portal, tapping your user icon in the top right and clicking the system status button.

This takes you to a separate webpage of status.growlink.io. This tells you if there's any sort of impacts to our web app, mobile app reporting, our IOT devices or fleet of controllers, or our website.

Any issue that gets identified will have any updates associated to its investigation and its resolution posted here.

You can also receive notifications of any incident that arises and its resolution by clicking the ‘Subscribe to updates’ button in the top right, where you can get email notifications set up, subscribe to an RSS feed, or receive Slack notifications based on any sort of impacts that we've identified to our infrastructure and are currently working to resolve.

Lastly, you can also go to our website Growlink.ag and click the status icon up at the top right in order to reach the same System Status Webpage.

In this way, you can be notified whenever there is an incident with our infrastructure, the steps we're taking to resolve the issue, and any updates when we have successfully resolved the issue and our infrastructure is back to being fully operational.
