Batches are the foundation of Cycles in FloEnvy's cultivation system.
- Each Batch is given a system-generated name which helps ensure a unique entry every time.
- Strain profiles and Site locations must be added before creating a Batch.
To create a Batch:
- In the FloEnvy Dashboard, navigate to the Plants tab and Batches subtab
- Click "+ New Batch"
- Fill out the Create Plant Batches pop-up
- Strain: Select from your list of Strain profiles
- Designate as mothers: Select whether or not this is a Mother batch
- Batches designated as "Mothers" can be referenced in the future when creating new Batches and Cycles
- Origin Type: Select if the Batch you are creating is from seed, clone, or external source
- Enter the appropriate number of plants
- Finally, select a starting location for this new Batch from your list of sites
- Optional:
- Add expected Veg, Flower, and Harvest days for text message reminders
- Create multiple Batches by clicking "+ Add Another"
- Click "Create" then "Submit" to save and apply the configurations
