This document describes how users can interact between the FloEnvy Dashboard and the Iowa HHS API integration. It also shows where FloEnvy users in Iowa can download Key Event Reports and Reconciliation Reports.

Prerequisites
Make sure to assign a Iowa HHS ID for each of your Users that will be logging product or inventory related data in the system.
To do so, navigate to the Users Page ("Staff" -> "Users") and then set the "Iowa HHS ID" column for each of your Users. This ID should be provided by the state of Iowa for each of your team members.

Key Event Reports and Reconciliation Reports
FloEvy provides CSV exports for the Iowa HHS Key Event Reports and Reconciliation Reports.
Each of these exports are available by navigating to Compliance Reports Page (“Analytics” → “Compliance Reports”).
Next to each category of inventory, you will find a button to export the Reconciliation Report and another button to export the Key Event Report (applicable to Harvests, Process Lots, and Package Lots).
