Fulfilling a Sales Order

Sales Order with Products that have not been packaged must be aligned with a package to be fulfilled.

There are two methods of fulfilling a Sales Order:

Fulfill with a New Package
Fulfill with an Existing Package

To fulfill a Sales Order with a New Package:

In the FloEnvy Dashboard, navigate to the Sales tab
While viewing the Accepted table, locate your Sales Order and click the + button to expand the Line Items list
Click Fulfill next to the desired line item, then select New Package
You will then be prompted to enter information about what will go into the new Package
Next, you will select the Lots - or bulk bud that has been collected from a harvest - to create the new Package
After advancing, you will enter the Quantity and Unit that you will be subtracting from the Lot for your new Package
Finally, review your Package information before clicking Finish and Finalize
You will now see your Order in the Fulfilled table with a Package Label next to the appropriate Line Items

In the background, FloEnvy takes the quantity from the Lots that we specified and associates the new Package with the Sales Order line item that we selected to fulfill

To fulfill a Sales Order with an Existing Package:

In the FloEnvy Dashboard, navigate to the Sales tab
Under the Accepted table, locate your Sales Order and click the + button to expand the Line Items list
Click Fulfill next to the desired line item, then select Existing Package
You will be presented with your Inventory where you can select the appropriate Products before clicking Submit
Now you will see your Order in the Fulfilled table with a Package Label next to the appropriate Line Items
